Spiceware Receives Global ISO/IEC Certification on 3 Areas

Spiceware received certifications in Cloud Security (ISO/IEC 27017) and Cloud Privacy (ISO/IEC 27018). Including the certification in Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001) received in December 2020, Spiceware now has certifications in three areas.
ISO/IEC is a global certification of Information Security Management System established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and audited by the British Standards Institution (BSI). ISO/IEC 27001 certification is a standard for Information Security Management System that outlines 114 requirements over 14 sections including Privacy Policy, Physical Security, Access Information Control, Business Management System, etc. ISO/IEC 27017 and 27018 are global standards for Information Security and Personal Information Protection on Cloud Service.
Receiving certification in three areas represents proof of Spiceware’s capability to safely control and manage its service. Notably, the certification demonstrates the resilience against incidents like hacking/insider-attack and the capability to comply with Cloud Information Security Management requirements.
Keunjin Kim (CEO of Spiceware) stated, “ISO/IEC International Certification provides a framework for the safety of our service, and we will work to improve our service by systemizing the security policy and procedures … with data security rising as a core value across all industry, we will lead the industry by developing a solution unmatched by others.”
Spiceware was selected as AWS Technology Partner in 2018 and entered into MOU with and received a strategic investment from AhnLab for Cloud Security Business. Recently, Spiceware began expanding its global presence by registering Spiceware on Cloud, its Privacy Protection Service, on AWS Marketplace.
